10 Tips to Lose Fat in Stomach in 10 Days

What should a person do to lose fat in stomach in 10 days? Why? Because that class reunion or beach party is coming up in ten days and you want to be ready to show your friends you still have the figure. Right now, if you're in front of a mirror it's not a pretty sight. So, how to lose fat in stomach in 10 days?


• You can actually lose fat in stomach by eating more. You can eat five to six times a day but only in small amounts. If you eat in the normal three times, that complete meal may actually be more than your body needs.


• In conjunction with the above, eat food with the fewer amounts of carbohydrates. Carbohydrate-rich foods contain a lot of sugar that translates to more calories than the body actually needs. Your body will store that excess calories as fat.


• Switch to fruits and vegetables that contain plenty of protein and fiber and less sugar. The fiber in the food will also help in removing toxins and waste that hamper your weight loss.


• Find out your body's metabolic rate. The actual number of calories your body actually needs. Don't eat more than your required amount.


• Start a cardiovascular workout. Dieting won't be enough to lose fat in stomach. You have to burn all those calories with regular or strenuous activity. Get off the couch and go jogging in the morning. If you're afraid of getting mugged or your neighbor's dog, use a treadmill.


• Later, go to the gym and make use of those weights and exercise equipment you've been curious of. Get a personal trainer to help you.


• Drink plenty of fluids. You need to stay hydrated during your workouts. This will help your liver burn all that fat.


• Speaking of the liver, if you like drinking beer, stop or cut back. Also avoid drinks that contain a lot of sugar like canned juices, soft drinks and chocolate.


• Get the right amount of sleep. This will help regulate your hunger.


• Lessen your stress levels. Stress increases cortisol levels related to weight gain. Relax from your work for five minutes every hour.
