1. Stick with one weight loss program. If you like the results of your chosen weight loss program continue with it, but if you do not see changes shift to a different weight loss program.


2. Make your weight loss program a habit. Once you have made it a habit, your health can be maintained to its optimum level. Weight related diseases such as diabetes will be less of a problem for you.


3. Hydrate with lots of water. Drinking plenty of water can help you decrease the amount of food you take in especially when you drink water before meals.


4. Whenever you get the feeling that you are hungry, grab a glass of water first before eating your food. Why? Well, it is because your hunger and thirst center are located one part of the brain and that is your hypothalamus. When you feel hungry it might be that you are actually thirsty instead.


5. Include foods that contain plenty of water in your meals. These foods have low calorie content yet give you a satisfied and full feeling. Some of these foods are cucumber, celery, tomatoes and watermelon.


6. Never ever skip breakfast. Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. Individuals who eat breakfast lose weight more quickly than those who do not because you tend to eat less during the day.


7. Cook your own meals. Start learning to cook by reading cook books especially with recipes for dieting. An advantage of cooking your own meals is that you get to choose what you put in your dishes as well as controlling the fat, sugar and all those calories you do not want.


8. Stop opening that refrigerator door. The more you open it the more you put something in your mouth. If you cannot stop opening your refrigerator then stock it with lots of water bottles, fruits and vegetables.


9. Reward yourself with things, a spa or a massage instead of food when you want to celebrate. Often, when you get a raise or a bonus, you reward yourself by eating out in restaurants. Well, treating yourself for a massage or buying some new clothes will be more rewarding for all that hard work you have done.


10. Exercising is another tip to lose weight fast. Choose your favorite exercise activities so you'll workout more frequently.
