Breakfast At Your Desk: Fancy Toast

Morning dears! Here's how I'm eating my toast this morning. I think you'll love it ...


We seem to be on a toast kick on Vitamin G this week. Hey, it's budget friendly and easy! And, if you're toasting up whole-grain bread, you can feel good about the health-factor too.


Here's a fun way to make your toast a bit fancier:


1. Spread a thin layer of low-fat or fat-free ricotta cheese on top.


2. Cover with thinly sliced tomatoes.


3. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of fresh, minced basil on top.


Sort of like a breakfast pizza pie (sort of).
